In order to maintain a fun & friendly gaming experience, we have assigned rules that all the players should strictly follow. Failure to comply with the following rules may lead to the violator being kicked or banned.
- All types of hacking are not allowed (aimbot, wallhack, speedhack, ghosting, etc).
- Using shields is allowed at all times and in all situations.
- Using smoke grenades is allowed at all times and in all situations.
- Players who knife administrators in any map get 4 kills (frags) to their score instead of one.
- Camping is allowed if it is not in an exaggerated form because it is sometimes part of the game.
- Administrators have the right to kick players who stay in the spectators list for more than two rounds.
- Insulting, disrespecting, and harassing other players is not allowed. If someone is being disrespectful to you, inform the administrator and he should take care of it.
- The server will automatically kick players who are away from keyboard (AFK) for more than 70 seconds.
- Advertising for other servers is not allowed. However, the administrator has the choice of ignoring advertisers and avoid taking any action against them or resort to banning/kicking them.
- Flashing teammates on purpose is not allowed. Administrators shall first warn teamflashers for the first time, and take action next time.
- In order to avoid confusion, nicknames that are similar to "Dubai Play Time" are not allowed. This includes any similar symbols, numbers, and letters that would look like "Dubai Play Time". The administration has the right to delete or change such nicknames if found.
- Climbing the walls in the map 35hp_2 is not allowed unless flying is activated. This rule has been added based on the vote results.
- Tricking and avoiding the AFK kicker system by using mechanisms like holding some keyboard keys to keep moving around is not allowed. It is not fair to stay in the server when you're not really playing while others are waiting to join. In urgent situations, ask any online administrator to put you in the spectators list. There is no excuse (I had to pray.. my mother was calling me..etc) to trick the AFK kicker no matter what your situation is. Please keep in mind that others are waiting to join and play too.
- The server will automatically blackout the screens of players who share identical ip addresses when they die. This rule prevents possible ghosting in places like internet cafes by totally blackening the screens of dead players until the end of the round.
- The server will automatically record a video of anyone who joins the server. In case of a ban dispute, please e-mail the video record as it is in .dem format. Any other video format will not be accepted. Click here for more information.
- Some players pretend they are hackers by posting fake messages such as "Wall-hook 1.0".. etc, etc. Such messages confuse administrators and might result in wrong bans. Therefore, such behavior is strictly not allowed even if you were "just kidding". Administrators will ban players who post such stuff EVEN if they know it is just a joke.
- Submitting complaints on behalf of others is not allowed. Reasons like "My friend's account is not working so i submitted his demo" are not accepted. If you have problems accessing your account, please inform Whisper by e-mail and your problem will be fixed.
- When submitting a complaint, make sure you post your correct full demo that shows the part that you get banned at. Posting old or half demos will not be accepted. Reasons such as "I rejoined the server and my demo got overwritten" or "I can't find my demo" or "I am steamer and I do not hack" are not accepted. Without the correct demo, administrators cannot decide walling from clean play.
